Chicken pilaw

INGREDIENTS

Chicken fillet – 600g
Rice – 300g
Onion – 250g
Carrot – 200g
Garlic – 20g
Olive oil – 50ml
Water – 500ml
Salt, spices for pilaw


RECIPE

Pour oil into a multicooker pot, start program «Fry» and let it heat 5 minutes. Place chopped vegetables into the pot and fry 15 minutes stirring frequently. Then add chopped chicken fillet and fry till the end of program. When time is over add rinsed rice, garlic, salt and spices. Pour water into the pot, close the lid and start program «Pilaw».
